You don't need GO Student ID. Mac ID is enough. C-ya on the bus!

there is a GO student ID, i had to use it at U of T and it was a hassle to get, but Mac seems to have a sweet deal where there ID is good enough, love it

when I buy them from Compass i was almost never asked to show my student card. But on Go train or Go bus they might ask you to show it along with your student ticket
