hey, i am a first year commerce student at Mcmaster. I haven't been doing too well in STATS 1L03 and am very worried about it. A friend of mine said it is still possible to do grade 12 high school Stats and Data Management through elearning and have it considered as my prereq. for get into second year and so i can drop Stats now. Any one ever do this or know if this is possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you are doing poorly now, i fail to see how taking gr. 12 stats will help you next year. While they may allow it (im not sure) then it means you will have to work extra hard in second year and risk not passing then.
