Hi there. My roommate is having issues with his internet. Whenever he plugs his CAT 5 cable in, it shows [on win7] that it is an unidentified network. I've checked all his TCP / IPv4 stuff and it's all the same as mine. Is there something we've missed? Thanks!

Go to Networks and Settings if that is what it's called and play around with it there? Did he recently add some sort of firewall or something of that nature to his computer?

I'm having internet problems since like yesterday and it's still not working. I don't have wireless Internet, I have a cable to plug into my laptop. Does anyone know how I can fix my problem, I'm horrible with technical stuff.
