kin 1y03/1yy3
Is kin 1y03/1yy3 usually lecture captured? I don't think I can take them this year but I'd like the comfort of knowing that it has it's recorded in case it conflicts with my next years schedule

Those courses no longer exist. It's 2Y03/2YY3 now, I believe. When I took them, they weren't recorded, but I don't know if that has changed.

When I took it last year they weren't recorded. A couple of my friends took it this year and they said that Pincivero records the lectures now. However though, there are iclickers for which you would obviously have to go to class, I am not sure how much the iclickers are worth or if they're worth anything at all.

BOTH kin 1y03/1yy3 AND kin2y03/2yy3 are still offered
no, the 1st yr series STILL exists
they made a second year course code for it for one reason
it allows ppl who are in the life sciences (and who didnt take it in 1st yr) to atleasst have some reserve seats for them.
this was in response to the high demand these course pose.

Kin 1Y03 and Kin 1YY3 both had podcasts the past year! There are iClicker marks which are worth 5% and you have to count them so try to make it to class for that reason.

As for people saying the course is cancelled, I'm not really sure what's going on because I've been hearing different things. Some people said Anatomy/Physiology will ONLY be for Kin students first year and if you want to take the course but you're not in Kin, you'll have to take it in second year(Kin 2Y03/2YY3). Others say nothing has changed, only 2 more Anatomy/Physiology courses are added 2nd year for those who didn't get to take it.

Yes, Kin 1Y03/1YY3 still exist, but they are exclusively for those in Med Rad. If you're in the Faculty of Science, you cannot take any kin courses until second year.
