I'm from Quebec (technically a Quebec Anglophone), and for your information, most Quebecers aren't seperatists. Don't bunch us all together. Those bastards are just noisy and so you hear about them in the media more often.
The seperation issue is pretty much dead.

Actually, the NHL offically recognizes the Toronto Maple Leafs as "Canada's Team". I'll try to find a link to support this. |

This is complete bullsh*t. Neither team is "canada's team". They are Toronto's team and Montreal's team. If you honestly believe that the Leafs are "Canada's Team" then you need an ego check, and it also perpetuates the idea that "Torontonians believe they are the centre of the universe"... not a great reputation that floats around the rest of Canada.

You know what’s sad? The Leafs missed the playoffs twice, and they still came second. Imagine, if they actually did make the playoffs. They would have DESTROYED the Habs in that poll.
