Rofl, what's a rotis?

also, to the OP: eating healthier or less definitely helps a bit, but exercise is key. You can't just do 10000000 situps daily to get a smaller stummy, it doesn't work like that. Cardio is the way to go to lose weight/fat! key is to burn fat EVERYWHERE. Can't just only do curls for months and have jacked arms, you need to work on everything. and it can't just be like 20 mins on the bike having a ball of a time, you gotta get your heart rate up and sweat a lot. Aim for at least half an hour per workout, but start off with a shorter amount of time, obviously.

Damn, I wanna go to the gym again, I need to look extra good for summer timez.

So what do you guys suggest I do? I am a 5'3 girl if that helps, and please only useful suggestions, thanks

I am one of those people (except for the exercising), but I don't see it that way. I was really sick for a few years, went from 115 pounds to 94 because of medication, and now I can't surpass 102 regardless of how much exercising I do to add mass.

This. Big wtf at using squats on a smith machine. If you want to squat, read up on it first. Same with deadlifts/any olympic lift. That shit will hurt you if you don't do it right. And no garbage quarter squats either.

You guys sorta jump in mid conversation and missed the point why there was a picture of a Squat on Smith-machine in the thread.

Its ok though.

Woohooooo lets just continue giving poster more advice!

Lol yeah nevermind, the ones I eat aren't that big. 4 of those? That would be INSANE rofl. Plus take like 2 hours to eat.

EDIT: Also, the last line of the article:

The dough will make 7-8 rotis, depending on the size of the balls.

LOL?

Jeff pointed this out on the first page, but if you're interested purely in losing weight, then all you really need to do is count calories (regardless of what you eat).

If you want to be healthy/In shape you'll have to eat right and exercise

What worked for me:

Divide your weight by 30. Drink that many litres of water daily. Eat what you want. How much ever you want. But drink the specified amount of water. You'll lose 7 pounds every week.

Con- There comes a point when you start getting a "taste" for the water you drink. And if you lose motivation, your water intake drops by a great amount.

But if you can carry this on, it will do wonders for you and in a healthy way too.

Only in the starting phase. And it doesn't work for everyone. Initially you lose hunger by smoking. Later, you feel hungry after smoking.
