also, to the OP: eating healthier or less definitely helps a bit, but exercise is key. You can't just do 10000000 situps daily to get a smaller stummy, it doesn't work like that. Cardio is the way to go to lose weight/fat!
key is to burn fat EVERYWHERE. Can't just only do curls for months and have jacked arms, you need to work on everything. and it can't just be like 20 mins on the bike having a ball of a time, you gotta get your heart rate up and sweat a lot.
Aim for at least half an hour per workout, but start off with a shorter amount of time, obviously.
