It replaces the feeling of hunger. But I'm not sure that's the way to go to lose weight. I wouldn't ruin my lungs/risk getting a whole bunch of diseases, just to lose weight -__-

My advice would be to exercise doing something you enjoy. If you hate going to the gym, then you're probably not going to force yourself to go that often. Instead, do something like outdoor activities, dance, yoga, etc.
I really hate going to the gym, so I bought a few "exercise" DVDs (Pussycat Dolls Workout, Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease) and I play Dance Central on Xbox Kinect. It doesn't even feel like working out at all. And I don't get up at like 5 in the morning either. I "work out" around supper time, because that's when I have the most energy (and I hate waking up early)
Jeff pointed this out on the first page, but if you're interested purely in losing weight, then all you really need to do is count calories (regardless of what you eat).
If you want to be healthy/In shape you'll have to eat right and exercise
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG, SERIOUSLY.
I've been at 1300- calories a day for 2 years now.
I'm sick of hearing "oh just make sure you burn more calories than you intake" like it's the easiest ****ing thing in the world.
Must be nice being naturally skinny and having a metabolism, I WONDER WHAT IT'S LIKE.

Then for some reason you aren't burning anymore that 1300 kcal a day.
Have you considered seeing a doctor?

No, lol.
On days I work out, I burn 300+ calories (I think I burn more, that's just what the machines tell me). You think my body isn't burning 900ish calories on its own? (On a side note, my brother had to have his glands removed or something like last year b/c it was messing with his metabolism or something. I don't remember the details. But anyways, apparently w/e he had is genetic, so maybe I have something wrong too... don't care enough to check)
Oatmeal, 200 tops
Banana, 100 tops
2 eggs, 200 tops
potato, 300ish? hard to say
can of tuna, 200tops
random assortment of vegetables n shet to go in my stir fries, like 100 tops?
And some days I'll throw in 2 slices of bread and some peanut butter, put that at like 400 tops. But that's only once in a while.
Oh, and throw in 2+ litres of water a day

I'm not gonna spend too much time looking for peer reviewed stuff, but just look up the effects of eating too little. Can stop weight loss as much as eating too much.

Keep in mind that most regular people also aren't 4"10.

But if you can carry this on, it will do wonders for you and in a healthy way too.
That would be an insane amount of water. Holy hell.

So you stick to that diet everyday and you don't falter at all? Yeah, right. I'm guessing you cheat on it, snacks, pop, eating at fast food places, restaurants, what about alcohol? Lots of calories in booze.
