I eat the same thing everyday, if I don't run out of food, lol.
Went home for the weekend and had a sub this morning, and a bowl of oatmeal when I got back like an hour ago.

I don't eat snacks (don't buy em), don't drink pop, don't eat fast food except for subway but today was like the first time this term, and had a couple shots of rum last night, that's it.

I don't drink like every day, lmao.

Don't understand why your first assumption is that I'm a total cow, lmao.

I drink MAYBE twice a month.

(On a side note, my brother had to have his glands removed or something like last year b/c it was messing with his metabolism or something. I don't remember the details. But anyways, apparently w/e he had is genetic, so maybe I have something wrong too... don't care enough to check)

Oatmeal, 200 tops
Banana, 100 tops
2 eggs, 200 tops
potato, 300ish? hard to say
can of tuna, 200tops
random assortment of vegetables n shet to go in my stir fries, like 100 tops?

And some days I'll throw in 2 slices of bread and some peanut butter, put that at like 400 tops. But that's only once in a while.

Oh, and throw in 2+ litres of water a day
You should definitely consult a doctor. I went on a subway based diet for about 8 months, limiting myself to about 1500 calories, 25g of fat and lost 110 lbs without any exercising.

HA! I remember Jared.

Did you get completely sick of it after the 8 months?

I have not had a sub in about 2 years, at my lowest I was about 130lb and extremely unhealthy, it took me about a year and half to get too 170 which was what my doctor recommended. It was an interesting chapter of my life, if i could go back i would definitely have approached weight loss through a healthier measure. The negative health repercussions were far too large to justify the loss in weight.

I thought he died? There is a whole website dedicated to it.

Still alive, but he's lost weight. He ran a marathon on November. However, I don't think he's continuing the diet. That's just expensive, and silly.

Just gonna say, having a smokin' hot trainer motivates you to no end. At least, it did for me...

You forget though, because of your size if you even lose a couple of pounds it will make a huge difference. My mom is the same height as you, and has a massive wardrobe because whenever she gains or loses a pound or two, she can't wear certain pants because they no longer fit.

Also, you have to take into account your bone structure and muscle structure. One of my best friends and I are around the same height, but our body frames are completely different. My bone structure is really quite thin (my wrists are like a kid's), but I'm actually quite muscular from years of sports. She on the other hand has a thicker bone structure and less muscle mass.

It's cool, no matter how unattractive I am to you, I guarantee that you're 1000% more unattractive to the entire population.
