making the cutoff for eng
I was wondering, I know that the choices you put down for your disciplone, if high in demand then you have to meet a certain cutoff.
but lets say, all your 3 choices are high in demand then what?
like for example what if you had biomed, mech, then civil? and dont make the cutoff for any, do they just put you into something else or will it be one of those 3?

Yea, so basically in that case what would happen is you would be put into some not favored faculty like ENG PHYSICS, or something along that lines. Also, just be realistic and choose properly, taking this downside into account, if I were you.

based on ur posting, i think they would look at ur choices in this order.
Biomed>elec>mech>civi l. Biomed cutoff was around a 6-7 i believe, elec 5, mech 7, civil..4-5?

Don't apply to biomed then, because if its the same program we're thinking of, biomed is 'elec&bio'

well if your barely staying in eng, i would put one of the easiest ones to get into as a third choice just in case. If you have like a 6 or 7 the i wouldnt bother
