Yeah, that would have been a lot more devastating. At least this course is just an elective...

I guess you should go right away to a doctor or a hospital and get a note in the same date.
This way if the prof doesn't cooperate with u, u still have the chance to deffer the exam legally.
Good luck.

I case anyone's wondering, or if anyone checks this thread later when they're in the same situation, I went and spoke with my undergraduate advisor. They said it should be fine, since I haven't abused the system before.

So yes, I was fine without having to get a doctor's note.

danallan, Equinox, manu like this.

If you're talking COMP SCI 2SC3, most of us here never took that one. Who taught it?

Yes, with the difference in course code, yes I did take it.
It's got nothing on C03.
I actually enjoyed s0.

Good to know I'm memorable.

On a side, side note. Would you happen to know details about the bb4 exam?
Aaron? Do you know?
It helps to go to class once in a while.
I sort of missed Maibaum being there at the end.

And back on topic. Glad to know things are sorted out for you Mark! Sorry you have to deal with the exam in the summer though. Hope you weren't planning on going too far away.

Actually, the prof got back to me as well, and I'm taking the exam next week. I could have done it in the summer, but I'd forget everything by then.

yeah, I don't know who to contact about this. tbh I'm afraid of doing the same thing. it's the reason why I check the exam times and date multiple times up to the exam
Actually, this is incorrect. I know from first hand experience and confirmed by the faculty of humanities, than dean's honour roll is calculated by each consecutive set of 30 units (for f/t students). If you complete 24 during the year and six in the summer, with an average over 9.5, you will still make dean's honour roll.
