MSAF Fail! Help!!!
I just filled out an MSAF form for an assignment (just because I haven't finished it).
I sent it to the faculty coordinator since that's what I thought they wanted.
I emailed my professor to ask about the extension. He said he didn't get the MSAF email and that I should fill it out again and send it to HIM.
Mosaic wont let me fill it out a second time and is telling me to go see the associate dean since it thinks I am trying to apply for MSAF for the second time this semester
Its Friday and I don't know what to do at this point. Please tell me there is a way out of this
Thank You

Ask in the main office, I'm sure they'll figure it out. Maybe there's a system issue or something.

Don't worry about the date, if MSAF said you already did it, then it knows you did it today.

This doesn't sound like a systems issue - you put the faculty coordinator's email instead of the professor's email, so of course the prof won't have received the email. Now you need to follow up with the faculty coordinator to make sure that person got the email, and have them forward it to your prof.

Why would you put a faculty person's email on there? At least use the course coordinator if you're not sending it to the prof.
