Watch Breaking Bad, the Walking Dead, and River Monsters. All are great shows. It's a bit older, but, if you haven't already, you should watch Arrested Development. IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Weeds used to be really good, but it's kind of fallen off lately. The Walking Dead's first season was amazing, granted it was only 6 episodes, but it was just such a fresh so. Boardwalk Empire was really well done (it's HBO, what do you expect?) and Fringe really fell off after the first few seasons. It seemed like it had the potential to be the next X-Files, but it just really got too weird.

Check out 3rd Rock From The Sun.
It's an old show that ran from 1996 - 2001, but it's so funny.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but Friday Night Lights is really good. NBC cancelled it last year (I think) but there are 5 seasons so that should keep you busy!

For those that loved Corner Gas, both "Hiccups" and "Dan for Mayor" are extremely similar in comedy style, use actors from Corner Gas, and are both in their second season. These shows aren't for everyone, but I watch em when I just want a cheap laugh. Don't hate just becuase they are Canadian shows!
