Of course you can ask, the one I have is Acer Aspire Intel Pentium T4500 (AS4733Z-4418) I'm really disappointed with this one.

with the new promotion 200$ off u buy a mac pro the most basic one is 1150$ + tax is around 1300$
with the promo it becomes 1100$

I know this is random but i was thinking of the student promo

the back to school promo is like buy a mac with out tax

my question is is there tax if u buy online?

The new back to school promotion sucks this year, it is $100 Itune gift card which is only good toward apple application stuffs. They got rid of the free Ipod deal...damn.

I think if you are from Ontario, they will see this and charge you HST.

I honestly dont mind the 100$ gift card. The stuff in the Mac App Store is a lot cheaper than boxed software. So with that 100$ you can prolly get the full office suite as well as pages and keynote etc.

Futureshop and Bestbuy are ur best friends u can negotiate their promotions i was able to get a discount on a 3 year service plan just by mentioning the apple macbook promotion
