We use Canadian passport size for the picture, right? And that's 2" x 2 3/4" inches...? I'm so confused because the form tells you to place the photo in the center of the square, but mine's bigger! >.<

I just trimmed mine down to the size of the square with scissors, you could always try that. Is it much bigger?

If you're considering cutting it, remember that the most important part is your face. You could definitely snip the borders

Its not a big deal, mine was bigger too. I suppose they just scan it/crop it down down to an appropriate size for ur student card anyways cuz mine came out perfect

When do these have to be into the Registrar's office? Can it be done during the Welcome Week?

I'm not sure if it can be done during WW. I remember mine was mailed to me sometime in August.

I think the deadline is like July 16th, however I handed in mine like a month late and they accepted it, so you shouldn't worry too much. They need it before they can give you a new student card though, so waiting until Welcome Week is not necessarily the best option.

sashaaaaa
Im not sure if you can because it does ask for an original passport photo, and a fax sent in of the form would be like a scan of the photo (I think?). I just mailed mine in DHL style haha :p.
Also cuz ur "international" expect to pick up your student card from the office of the registrar at the beginning of the year instead of them mailing it to you.

Are u saying that u didnt put a picture at all? Cuz that defeats the whole purpose of the form, which is essentialy to make your student i.d. card, and in order to be a legit i.d. card u need a picture of your facee.
If your saying that u didnt clip your picture exactly in the square part where they ask you too, i think thats ok, just as long as they both arrive together. The people at the office of the registrar should be able to figure it out from there :p

No I put in a picture in the mail I sent out, I just didn't glue/tape it on to the form.
