outstanding account
i logged into mugsi and opened solar and it says i have a Blocked - outstanding account. i'm taking osap and i payed everything first term

please help

This is happening to me too. Did you get it figured out?

edit: Looks like what happened is that unlike every other year, this year my OSAP did not automatically cover my outstanding second semester tuition and instead went right into my bank account without me realizing it, so there's been some unpaid tuition sitting on my account since January. Strange that it is different this year.

sorry for the late reply, this thread wasn't visible to me for a while :/
yea that was exactly what happened with me too ! i went to the financial office and the lady there told me this is a new rule.

It doesn't sound like everything was paid off in full. Please check with Student Accounts & Cashiers in GH 209 for more information on the status of your student account.
