It changes from year to year based on the people in the Res, but Brandon tends to be one because of the sheer number of people in the building (Put 600 students together and at least a few of them will like to party) and Bates tends to be one because it's apartment style and more suited to parties. Every other Res is pretty variable from year to year.

Mac is not a party school. I lived in Brandon Hall first year and it was pretty boring and rez sign-ins from Thurs-Sat got on my nerves. off-campus is better.
Brandon is known to have its fair share of parties, simply because there are so many people and eventually a few of them will get together and party hard.
Whidden is pretty popular too, and usually a few really good parties happen at Bates and Keyes because they have apartments/suites.
Les Prince is slightly quieter.

Every residence has its parties - all you need to do is find them.
Generally though, Brandon is the party residence in North Quad (it's the biggest) and Bates is the party residence in West Quad (apartment style with less upper years).

Definitely Keyes or Les Prince normally I'd say Keyes is the quietest because it has a lot of upper year students that are far more interested in studying.

Keyes is super quiet on border of being boring and antisocial. Not saying you cant be social at all in keyes but it is quite a bit more difficult when you step outside your apartment and all you see is locked doors and a hospital-esque hallway.

It varies completely depending on floor and more importantly yourself. Don't let people tell you what kind of experience you're going to have. If you want to party you WILL party, I'm assuming you aren't socially retarded and as such shouldn't have much problem making friends. The CA's are very reasonable and you go off campus anyway. Basically you'll have as good of a time as you want to.
Just dont get caught drinking more than once... First time is a slap on the wrist (75$ fine and an awareness seminar) twice is im assuming from my meeting after strike 1 not so easy
