I know that some universities offer courses strictly on pass/fail bases and you don't get a percent/letter grade. Does Mac offer any of these courses? and if so what are they?

Not that I know of. But if your mark gets below the acceptable one in your program - game over.

Yep, HTH SCI 2J03 (health, attitude and behaviour). I think it's only open to health scis though. I've never come across any other pass/fail courses.

There's also a first year health sci course that's open to anyone in first year, as well as some other random courses. Look through the course calendar.

There are many pass/fail courses at Mac
example: Sci 2C00
I would also recommend you look over the course calendar.
