I did the interview this past May. It starts with a short 10 minute presentation by you, about anything you want. This is your time to shine and tell the interview panel why you are unique. They say it's not a time to talk about your ECs or why you want to go into pharmacy but rather a time to just be creative. Also some say that after these first 10 mins they pretty much know if they want to accept you or not...so needless to say don't take this portion lightly.
After that the panel will ask you questions, I can't disclose specific questions but they are mostly the typical behavioral type questions. (ex. Tell me about a time you....)
After that you ate given the opportunity to ask questions - and you should take up the opportunity.
The reading/writing test involves reading a basic scientific article and answering some basic questions about the paper. You need to work fairly fast because time is limited. After this you write an essay on one of two topics, the questions were fairly simple, and had mostly to do with your experiences.
I would recommend you check out the forums on studentdoctornetwork for more info.
