You're gonna have to find the courses you want to take and figure out the pre-reqs, but the general rule of thumb is to just take a full year of the areas you want to go into/enjoy and you'll likely cover the pre-reqs for all the second year courses in that field.
Ex. If you plan to do upper year Math you should probably take Math 1A03 and 1AA3, if you wanna take upper year Psych you should do Psych 1X03 and 1XX3, etc
