I think they told me 2 weeks.

Remember that you have to have your courses selected and your payment agreement confirmed. Only after this are you fully registered and they will send out the forms.

I have the exact same problem, I hope Mac gets their shit together because I selected my courses & confirmed my payment agreement a long time ago.
