So I will be coming to mac in the fall and was wondering about residence. I will pay my deposit soon and was wondering like what can we choose from exactly. Like can we choose our roommates, what res we're on and if you have 2 people in one room a washroom will be there also, right? And what is the most common price for res? Like what is the common type and what ones are more expensive..? thx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

u technically CAN choose a roommate, if you know someone else applying to res you can fill out your applications and put each other as preferred roommate..otherwise: random(according to the questionnaire) you cant choose your res... unless u specifically apply to a suite/appt style, or indicate a specific theme.. otherwise: random... if u have two ppl you probably wont have a washroom (unless suite/appt style/les prince)

You'll probably not get a single room, besides getting into a double or something will just help you socialize with people from day one.
