Quick question about spin classes
I'm looking to join in on the spin classes this semester and buying a pulse membership.
If anyone has taken one of these, my question is whether the bikes have a clipless pedal option (for cycling shoes)
more specifically for an SPD-L cleat?

Also; your general opinion on them if youre a fairly experienced rider.

thanks

I would go to DBAC and ask in the office or try the website.

Hi!
I know you posted this a long time ago...but yes the bikes are compatible with clip shoes. I'm not sure about the specific brand you are talking about thought. You would have to try them out. I really enjoy the classes but I'm biased becuase I teach a few of them. Every insturctor has their own style and level of difficulty. Try as many as you can to figure out which classes you like best. Hope that helps

Spin Classes
I've taken numerous spin classes and also have a road bike that I ride outside. It's very different from training by myself or riding outside, but the instructors are all very enthusiastic and helpful. They are very motivating and always push me to cycle harder and get a good workout in. Definitely worth your time and money

I have taken some spin classes as well and they are great for your interval training, as long as you can get over the initial class! The instructors are motivating and work along side as your doing your workout which is a great inspiritation!

The MacCycle classes are suitable for beginners (as well as more advanced riders). The instructor will help you set up your bike.
