I recently checked my balance and history for my meal plan and I realized some of my purchases ($15-$20 each) were charged twice, a lot of them were off campus as well. I checked to see if it was a coincidence and that I bought the same meal again the next day or something but the time difference of when the meals were charged are seconds apart.

Has this happened to anyone and do you know if it's possible for me to get a refund on those? It's not just once or twice, so I lost a lot of money like that..

Oh man that sucks. I don't know what to suggest, maybe go to Mac Express (office under commons) and they can help you out? Or at least tell you what you can do

Well for me, I was double-charged at Boston Pizza once (for ~$16)
I went to the Mac Express office but they said that only BP would be able to give me the refund, and they printed out the part of the meal plan where I was double charged (minutes apart) and told me to go to BP.
Now, you could do the same, as they just printed out the meal plan history, but it might depends on the off-campus places.
For any on-campus double charges, mac express office might just work.

PS. I did call BP to try and resolve this problem but it didn't work... they just said the manager will call me back later, but he never did.
