I always drink tapwater and I'm still alive. In fact I get less sick than most of my friends. Probably totally unrelated to the water...but point being you ain't gonna die.
Also, I too totally thought of the bus stop ad by the Mr.Sub as soon as I saw this. Hamilton tap water=tested and confirmed to be safe.

This whole thread makes me sad. Tap water is tested dozens of times each and every day to ensure that it is more than safe for human consumption. And for those whining about tap water having a taste, you really need to man up. Its hardly noticable and it's only due to additives to the water that make it safe to drink and in certain cases better for your overall health.
And to finish up with some food for thought, If it's not "clean" enough for you people to drink then why are you not concerned that this is the same water you bathe in? Would you boil your bath water before you bathe?

I don't recall quoting you specifically. You really should get out of your self-centered state of mind.

Actually, the best water I've ever tasted comes from those metal fountains (i.e. in the student centre) that has the big button on the side; I wonder if its psychological or if theres a real difference in the water?
