		Good thing that happened: Went up to the top/peak of Whistler Mountain (aptly named Whistler's Peak) for the first time last last weekend, at an elevation of 2182 metre or 7087 ft above sea level. It was really cold up there.. even in July..
Bad thing that happened: 15% of the people where I work at got laid off last week (the forestry/pulp/paper industry is going down the crapper and amplified even more by the credit crisis)

 I don't have to do a road test. I just have to wait until my Manitoba license becomes a full license, then I can use that to go apply for a G with that, and a road wont be necessary! YAY

 It's a test that must be done by all Torontonians to receive official recognition as a certified gangster.

 They are then officially able to call each other Gs. Ex: Yo G! What's crackalackin?

But in all reality, it's a driver's license.

		I only have my G1. I figure by the time I care about driving somewhere far, cars will be all automated and I won't have to do anything.
Most people I know that drive tend to use their cars to get everywhere; even if it's easily within walking distance I may be lazy, but not quite that lazy.

 My mum said " NO DRIVING UNTIL YOU'RE 18". That made me quite sad so I just waited.

Now I want it because I'd like to move away after undergrad and then my driving license would transfer over.

		>_> I need to get my G1 too... hrrm. I'm just sortakinda lazy and disheartened by the fact that I won't get a car for a few years anyway. ;_;
Something awesome you say? Uhm, I guess the most awesome thing so far in my life would be that literally two years ago, I failed every class because I believed that I couldn't make it anywhere and I had a nonchalant attitude about everything. Then I was like, this is stupid and I want to go to uni. So the next year, I got on honour roll and had a lot of 90s, got into all the uni's I applied for, and got on dean's list in first year. I'm going to try and continue that streak in second, third and fourth year.

 Only in Toronto. If you're from Winnipeg, you're certified the day you're born.
