It's not a big difference.
Maybe so... but the average temperature of Vancouver in July is 17 C compared to 21 C for Pearson (can't find the average temperature for Caledon though)

A 4 degree difference is quite a bit for an average.

Yup. We're too small to warrant...anything cool like an average annual temperature.
