This morning, a robin flew into where our pilot plant was... It tried to get out by hitting the glass window 30 feet up and fell into the tank containing the hot pulp. RIP.. :(

I hope the quality of the paper doesn't get ruined. :S

Yes it is. Everyone knows that robin infused inkjet paper is the highest quality kind of paper you can get.

Lol, maybe true.

I also read this article about "evolution". I found it quite interesting:

Actually, since we're on the topic of what birds to use in paper manufacturing..

Most paper companies would prefer swans to be used as they would probably be the most cost efficient bird to use for paper since we probably wouldn't need as much bleaching to make the paper white, thus saving paper companies thousands of $$s per day in bleaching costs.

(Kraft pulping and bleaching is very expensive, apparently)

The good: got lots of exercise the last few days

The bad: my muscles hurt and I have a giant blister on one of my heels. This also prevents me from exercising more. :(

-----------------

The bad: Ontario weather has been crap so far this summer.

The good: I'm leaving for Vancouver on Saturday where it's been sunnier and warmer than here!

I hate when that happens. On top of that I walk really weird, I tend to overextend my knee when I walk. So after walking for an hour, it starts to hurt. :S

I wouldn't be too sure about that...

It's been raining for the past week here... and it's not warmer than Hamilton or Toronto. If anything, it's much milder with the World's largest body of H2O right beside it.

We still haven't had the temperature really exceed 25C for more than a day or so in a row in Ontario. It's unseasonably cool for summer. I certainly haven't had it too at home, which is north of Hamilton and Toronto.

http://www.theweathernetwork .com/weather/cabc0308 vs. http://www.theweathernetwork .com/weather/caon0104

It's not a big difference.
