Kinda complicated, I've been tweaking it a lot to my preference...
Like to get the start orb that I have, download this program, and then download and apply this style into that program for it to change.
As for the minimalistic style of taskbar icons, all I did was grab Token icons from deviantART and did a bit of work to change each icon to something similar from the icon set. Hope that helps?

Max res is only 1920x1080, I want another one to dual screen
Either way, running pdfs while taking notes/making outlines in ms word without switching windows = excellent 
also starcraft II looks awesome at max res o_o |
