i've never been in a single in the basement but ive visited one of the quads. the basement rooms are above ground so ull definitly have windows in ur room if thats what ur worried about! the laundry room is also located in the basement, as well as this huge common room called the EMR which has study desk and whiteboards as well as couches, a pool table and a big tv.

There is an elevator and stairs that you can take to get down to the basement
Edit: The side entrance to Moulton is also located in the basement.

There's three ways to get to the basement. There's a staircase at the end of the hall straight ahead when you enter, an elevator, and a set of stairs to your immediate right when you enter. The basement is extremely accessible, and I lived out of it last year.

I'm pretty sure all of the basement is above ground. There's glass windows across an entire wall of the EMR (the common room in the basement) and the rooms are on the side of the basement that's above ground. There's also an exit out from the basement so it's very accessible.

I lived in Moulton and the basement rooms are HUGE.
They are not basement in the sense that there is a tiny window and it's dark and mouldy. They are really clean and they aren't below ground.
Moulton is on a slope and the basement faces the slope so the windows are a good 4 or 5 feet by 2 feet. They are huge!
Don't worry that it's the basement! My friend thought it would be really bad in the basement, but the rooms in the basement are much larger than rooms on other floors!
you'll love it!

One great thing about the basement is that theres an alternative entrance/exit that you can use to get into the building

I saw a few of the basement rooms in Moulton a couple of days ago and they're huge! So to anyone who's in the basement: you're very lucky!
