Hi -

I'm entering my first year in the BScN Accelerated Program. I have accepted my offer on OUAC and have sent in a photo with the 'New Student Form'.

Whenever I try to access SOLAR .. it brings me to a page that says "To inquire about SOLAR please contact the Office of the Registrar at..."

Will this page disappear once my time ticket opens up to register for classes on June 5? Or is there something else that I need to do to get my SOLAR account to open?

Did you enable your MAC ID services? If not maybe that's why.

If you didn't do so already just log in to mugsi and follow the instructions at "Enable your MAC ID Services" on the right corner of the page.

Hi I'm also trying to figure out this system;

When I try to enable my MAC ID services I get the following message in MUGSI:

Messages:
At this time you are not eligible for a McMaster Email account.
This service is based on your academic registration.
When you have completed your academic registration through SOLAR, you will be able to activate your Email and other MAC ID services via MUGSI Quick Links: "Enable Email & Mac ID Services".
Contact the UTS Service Desk for assistance (email: [email protected] or telephone: 905-525-9140 extension 24357).

And when I try to access SOLAR:

To inquire about access to SOLAR please contact the Office of the Registrar at 905-525-4600. ( LOGIN)

you just have to wait longer. first years dont even pick courses until the 29th so just wait more.
