I got my card on Monday July 26, probably because I live in Hamilton and I handed in the new student form in May. Like Ines, it is bent and the picture quality is atrocious. I'm sure you'll all get it in time for school. Just don't look forward to it too much because you will be disappointed when you see it.

hey guys, thanx for all the input! and giving me a sense of peace.
I went to Mac (as everyday) but actually walked into the office of the registar and checked out the status of my card. They said tht they had send it out this week. But yet NOTHING in the mail today!

THe3y said the card has nothing to do with the fact tht i got rejected or not

Btw i sent out my student card application in the Mid of May

hope it comes through

I got mine today Mailed it out in the first week of july. It wasn't bent so it looks like I was one of the lucky ones

can't say that about the picture though.... x\ I hate it

Yes, I received mine approximately 2 weeks ago. Are you fully registered? It says in your program and course summary on MUGSI.

Yep, I'm fully registered, but there's nothing on the "Confirmation Letter Print Date".

Guys.. is it a big big problem that I haven't sent my Student Form in yet?????

That's kind of odd, maybe they just haven't gotten to you yet? They do it in alphabetical order.

No, just send it in ASAP. In person is better if you can. They are still mailing out the Student IDs so you might still get it in the mail. If you don't get it in the mail you will have to pick it up. But doing it ASAP will allow you to get it in time for school. You'll especially need it if you are living in residence.

i wonder why they're bent :S my friend got hers and its bent as well :S

should we ask for new ones? i'm not usually picky but its bothering me... LOL

I don't think they'll mail out new ones if requested
I imagine reissuing the cards would require time and money, both of which the University wishes to save, like any other business.
They'd probably tell you that if it was functional enough for meal plan swipes, you'd be stuck with it.

even checked the mailing address with them

They said that the fact that i didn't receive the card has nothing to do with whether i got rejected from the program or not
