You're an upper year student, or a first year student?

Regardless, call the office of the registrar in the morning to see if a real, live person can help you out.

In-coming first year student, or just finished first year student?

Because if you are the former...I have a feeling you're not supposed to be able to pick courses at all.

If you are the latter, I suppose something happened with your payment agreement, which caused it to not be accepted. In that case, you will need to call the Office of the Registrar as previously mentioned.

Sounds like it could be an issue with the Payment Agreement. Incoming first year students need to accept it to confirm they are coming to McMaster and to lock in their choices, etc. You're sure that you submitted the payment agreement, and then clicked the button to save and confirm? It should have a date showing when you confirmed the payment agreement. Don't click confirm again... cause it will re-submit it which you don't want to do if you've already done it.

If you're sure you confirmed the Payment Agreement, then I would call up the Registrar and get them to look at your account as they can see if you've confirmed it, and what is causing the problem... then fix it right away over the phone, which is nice

I got the same email. It seems to be an automated response, and it better be, because if they delete my registration on purpose I will be quite pissed with them.

As Chad said, give them a call and see what they say.

Update: I just checked my fee status on MUGSI and it is cleared so depending when you paid it may take a few days because of the long weekend.
