Swinging baby yoga.....
xD since everybody seems to have opinions on here...
recently sympatico news posted an article talking about
"Baby-swinging yoga (or "dynamic exercises" that involve flipping, and twirling the baby by its arms and ankles, upside down and over your head)....legitimate practice."

How on earth do you practice this? I would hate to be the first born of someone who does this, as I'm sure the first born fell down far more often..

Yeah I saw this a while ago,and I`m pretty sure this should be up there with other rules like `Don`t shake the baby``
