It's a different application from what the students graduating from highschool take.

That's only an assumption based on the fact that they have 2 different pages for supplementary applications (One for Level 1 admission and one for Level 2 transfer).

I've heard it's the same questions.. well.. randomly generated each year or something.. With minor changes, but I'm not too sure about that.
Thanks though

I don't think it would be the same questions. What is the point in that?

It would allow them to compare between those entering in first year and those entering in second year.
Not sure if you are totally clear on this, but every year a new question is made but it may be the same question for both applications.

That's interesting because the applcation questions of last year were the same as this year. I know this because everyone I knew was already preparing for their answers way before hand. The now second year applicants apparently told evrybody about them and then I came to know about them form my friends. Not that it really matters but I assumed that they didn't change the questions at all because of this fact.
Interesting..

I heard that 2 of the 3 questions were the same 2/3 years ago.. something like that.. But I think it changes periodically. But the whole concept of having the same questions for first-years and second-years, to compare between them, makes sense.

Compare between first year and second year? I still don't get the point of having the same questions...if it's the same thing what do you compare? I you didn't get in the first time with the same questions, what will cause you to get in the second time?

Because people believe in growth and change.

But at the same time.. it's not like they keep all the applications or have anything to compare how much you've grown and such

How do you know that? They could be keeping the applications

Nah, I don't think so. It seems like a waste of space to keep them.

I heard they keep them so people don't copy the 'what question shouldn't be asked' questions, incase a friend copies a previous hsci student's question.

Oh, I never thought of that use. That makes sense if the question is always the same. They should just come up with a new question every year.
