MACINSIDERS TIP: How to find past exams online
Psst... did you know that the library keeps digital copies of past exams you can reference? We covered this
a few years back but the process has changed since then. Here's the new steps. Not all exams are archived, but a lot are and you may be lucky enough to find a past one to help you study! MacInsiders has the solution...
Steps:
1) Go to
http://library.mcmaster.ca/catalogue/
2) Type in your course code (eg. CMST 1A, ENGLISH 1B, CULTURAL STUDIES 1B) and include the word "EXAM" after it
3) Hit the 'FIND' button.
You'll get results that look like this:
English 1B03 - April 2007
Located: ONLINE: Online
XX(1620689.1)
Click on the result link and then click on the ONLINE ACCESS link. Login with your macid credentials and you'll have the PDF of the past exam.
