Easy. Do you have a hammer?

I've been doing all of my Solid Edge and AutoCAD work for the last 5 years on it, a little laggy but it runs the older versions good enough to get by. A hammer can't kill a Thinkpad!

Heck, I even ran CATIA... somehow. It's a Pentium4M 1.6GHz single core, integrated graphics, upgraded to 1.5GB of RAM and more recently, Windows 7. It is on its second battery and I also upgraded the hard drive.. the original kicks on in an external enclosure.

1) Turn on virus scanner/hide icon
2)Open up Solid Edge/AutoCAD
3) Open Photoshop + high-res image, use smudge tool, set size to 2500 pixels, click and drag around the screen in circles for half a minute.
4) Show parents massive lag/frozen application.
