Units
Hello,

Last year I was in Humanities I and was required to take 30 units. Now I am going into a Combined Honours Program (English and History), of which I am required to take at least 9 units of English and 9 units of History (18 total). Do I still have to take 30 units total? How many units do I need in each of my remaining years? I cannot seem to find this anywhere.

Cheers.

It should all be detailed in the course calendar. Google it, and make sure you select the course calendar for 2014/2015. It will tell you the specific course requirements.

Yes, a typical full course load is 30 units. However, if you want to spread out your degree and take a reduced course load, that's allowed too. You're not "required" to take 30 units per fall/winter term, but keep in mind that a four-year honours degree requires 120 units for completion.

to be considered a fulltime student you need 24 units and a full course load is 30 units.
