More so to say you need the Pulse to access the weight room. All the other things like courts, track are free (I don't think pool is free though)

there is no 10 months, only 8, 12 and 4. If you dont live in Hamilton you don't need the 12 months

yes they only start at certain dates. The 4 month memberships correspond with 1st semester (September) , second semester (January), and summer (May). The 8 month is a combination of two of the above. Its a good system that keeps things simple for administrators if you think about it.
Pulse contains:
-The (large) weight floor
-A cycling room
-The rock climbing wall
-A studio with classes held often
-circuit area (top floor)
-mat area (top floor)
-Cardio equipment (top floor)
Its a very good deal for what you pay.

Do students have access to the stadium? Like can a group of students just drop in and play a game of soccer? Or would you have to go to the smaller soccer field beside the stadium? And can students access that one for free as well?

Its fairly inexpensive, I mean its a pretty sweet gym with a LOT of equipment, for $60 for the summer, $120 for 8 months... That's pretty good.
