Are welcome week reps paid? If not, what are the incentives of being a welcome week rep

Benefits:
-helping frosh like previous frosh controllers (hopefully) helped you
-an insane amount of fun
-make the university better

-if you cant think of any benefits on you own, you probably dont have the right personality. You have to just want to do it without any real justifications.

you get to increase the amount friends you have on facebook.

I agree. If you need incentives to do it, you probably shouldn't do it.
