Let's be honest: Whoever is wondering what you look like, searched "LawleyPop" on facebook a loooong time ago...
And turned up nothing.

(Just so you don't get confused, there's a difference between a friend paying for something and being on a date and a guy paying for everything)
The fact is, especially nowadays, if you go on a date with somebody and they pay for everything and you so much as don't even give them a kiss goodnight, you're considered a money-grubbing slew.

I'd have to say, I completely agree with this. @ [email protected];

But it was a good movie. Oh, the movie was Blades Of Glory.

Well, if you didn't want to contribute to the awkwardness, you probably shouldn't have said hell while asking him, or give the weirdest look ever.
And if your arm is numb...move it. If anything, it's pretty weird if you DON'T move your arm at all throughout the whole movie.

worst date on my part was:
just started dating a girl, asked her friends where she always wanted to go on a date to surprise her.... for some odd ass reasons her friends decided to stalk us there, follow us around and i felt really awkward with them there and told her but somehow my girlfriend took the fact that i was awkward and thought i hated her and threw a tantrum and actually started to cry....i was totally shocked tried calming her down, her friends ran in and called me a horrible boyfriend and told me to leave.... and people were just staring at me in the mall... then the next day she calls me up and says "oh sorry it was the time of my month...would you like to go for dinner tomorrow?" i kinda just hung up.. worst DATE EVER oh my god was so awkward walking out of that mall

I ask a woman out to a date and if she agrees, I insist that I pay for everything.
Partly because of chivalry and partly because I'm the one who owes her something
after she agrees.
No, I am not looking for a "happy" ending in exchange for what I have done.
I feel that at the end of the night, it's all fair and square - she agreed to my
request to have dinner/watch a movie/hang out, I pay for it.
To me, it's all about good times and the company. If I wanted a "happy" ending
right from the start, I would've just went for a hooker.

So you're saying you're not looking for ANYTHING more when you ask somebody out.
Hate to break it to you, but hookers will just hang out with you too. It's not like they need **** every minute of the day, they just want money. It's not like hooker = coked out whore. There are plenty of hookers who are good company and good times!

I love that girls always have that excuse. We can say it even if it's not true. In that situation, she probably shouldn't have used it... well, yeah she could have (she obv. did), but good thing you didn't buy it. But sometimes, that's actually a legit excuse.

If a guy asks a girl out, he should pay. First date thing, maybe the first 2 or 3 dates, but definitely the first. The other way around, I guess the girl could pay, but I dunno, that still feels weird. In that case I think they should pay for themselves.

What if the girl insists to pay for her self? And to avoid an unneccesary quarrel you give in.
