There's a list of classes offered on the athrec website.

I dont know about specific classes, but there's no face control on the weightlifting station in the gym, go there wherever you want.

If you get a Pulse membership, you can also attend all the fitness classes you want. Strength Challenge is a great one if you're looking to lift weights or just to get a good strengthening workout in general. You can check them out here http://www.marauders.ca/sports/2011/... .aspx?id=148

I definitely recommend trying out different instructors as well, because the same fitness class by a different instructor can be a completely different class for you (I find some more challenging then others). It's a great way to change up your routine or add some motivation to your workouts!

Yup! There's a schedule you can look at (but the one for first term isn't posted yet), and you can attend as many as you want. The fitness studio that they're held in is inside the Pulse so you just scan your student card at the front desk of the Pulse, then walk straight til the end of the Pulse and you'll see the studio. There's also a schedule of fitness classes posted right outside the studio.

Yeah there are a couple.
Total athletic conditioning is good and so is bootcamp (I think thats what it's called)
But the weights there are a little on the light side 10-15lbs.
I encourage you to use the weight room by yourself. It would be great to see another girl there
