While engineers are known for drinking a lot, there are many engineers who don't - even some reps!
No worries, dude. That sucks that you can't, but you'll be up and running for other events

That's a lot of dough for a beer that's not even that good.

I don't think it's fair to judge him like that!
He just wants to know if it would be weird. It won't be. Problem solved.

Can't say I remember seeing a whole lot of drinking during my frosh week (atleast during the events). I didn't do much drinking during the frosh events myself and had a great time. Don't sweat it.

The OP stated that he/she is on medication and thus cannot drink.

Well this year at least for PJ parade, there will be "NO LIQUID CONTAINERS are allowed on the route whatsoever. They will be confiscated. This includes water bottles. This is in response to upper year students feeding alcohol to underage first years in the past. There are also no water guns allowed " (As quoted by Christina Burns (Campus Events Director). So its a heads up for everyone.

That note is just a heads up about PJ Parade... the Westdale community has had problems with crazy behaviour in the past, and this was what was worked out.. I honestly doubt that this will be a trend for the rest of the week.

Most 24 or 28 are 37.50, unless you are getting yours at wholesaler price then you win.

The funny thing is effective sept 7, 2009- new jacked up prices for beer. Seems like they did that on purpose just to make some extra buck from university frosh.
