Ancaster Movie theatre
I heard that the Silver City movie theatre in Ancaster has some deal where if you buy a movie ticket on Tuesday you get a popcorn and drink for free. Is this true? Also is there anyother similar deals at any theatres around mac?

I believe the Ancaster one has the $6.50 or something movies on Tuesday, and doesn't include popcorn and drink.

Jackson Square has an Empire theater that has a movie ticket, popcorn, and drink for $10 (showing your student card) any day of the week. But the screens are much smaller.

Westdale has a single movie theater, where tickets are like $10, but the screen is pretty big (and it's a cool little theatre, very retro).

Plus you can always sneak in your own snacks to avoid buying overpriced food at the concession stands.

That always balances out the price of the movie ticket.

There is a theatre that offers free drink and popcorn with your movie ticket around here. I don't know if it's Ancaster or not. Maybe Stoney Creek mountain.

There's a really good movie deal at Pizza Pizza right now if anyone is interested. I think you get 2 medium pizzas, 4 cans of pop and a 2-for-1 movie pass for about $20. If you use the movie pass, that's $10 you saved right there!

I went to Ancaster Silvercity last tuesday, and I got a free regular sized popcorn and drink with my movie ticket...all together the price was around $10, so I was veryyy impressed with that.

And yes, it's Telus Tuesdays, the same as Stoney Creek

I'm not sure about whether there are time restrictions or not, but I went to a 7pm or 7 30pm show.

All Cineplex theatres have a Telus Tuesday deal where when you purchase a regular admission ticket you'll get a voucher for a free regular drink and a free regular popcorn. This voucher is valid for up to 10 days from the date of purchase, although most people just use it the day of. The deal is available for any show on Tuesday (so no time restrictions).
