hey everyone I was thinking of taking a beginner yoga class and was wondering if anyone could give me any experiences theyve had there?
I have a gym membership also, would that mean the yoga classes are free or would I still have to pay?

I had a gym membership before, they do have yoga class for free. you have to check their schedule.

There's also a poster on the main floor of IAHS (the building with MoMac in it) for free yoga classes, seemed like you didn't need a gym membership for that but don't quote me on it
