Hi all, I am an Energy Exchanger at Moksha Yoga Hamilton, which means that in exchange for working one shift per week, I get to participate in unlimited yoga classes. In case you are interested in trying yoga, which I encourage everyone to do, I thought I would tell you all a bit about the studio. Moksha Yoga is a hot yoga studio located in University Plaza. They offer special student rates on classes and memberships, and also have Karma classes on Fridays and Sundays. These classes require a minimum donation of $7, which goes to either a local (on Fridays) or global (on Sundays) charity that changes each month. There are classes for all levels of yoga experience, and I hope to see you there!
