One part of first floor is separated from the rest of the floor and I believe the ceilings are higher. I know most of the first floor rooms were triples in 2008-2009.

Well i lived in Brandon Last year and honestly, it was the best rez not to mention we won the cup!!
The whole building is not substance free. Just 10th floor but i'm pretty sure that didn't stop them.
