I took gr12 chemistry in gr11 and I started out strong with a 94 at mid terms but then I slacked and finished with an 82. Do you think it would be a good idea to retake this course next year, but actually try to keep my mark at around 94, which I believe I could? If I take it again I wouldn't have a spare next year in gr12 which I would've used to study for calc and physics since I have them in the same semester.
Thanks for the advice!

1) I believe this years admission average for kin is 89, so it's better if you aim for a 90. Averages do change each year so even an 89 might not be enough for next year.
2) They only look at your top 6 courses, they don't look at the other courses.
3) I believe chem is not a requirement for kin, so don't bother taking it again..just take any other easy course that you like and try to get as high as you can. (This will boost up your overall for sure!)

As i said earlier, admission averages change each year, so it's better to aim for a 90 to be on the safe side.
