You mean like the Royal Canadian Mint?

Yes, but the Mint doesn't put interest on the money printed for Canada to pay.

Who makes the bills though? Is it the Bank of Canada?

I really have no idea I'll have to research that but as far as I'm concerned I havn't heard anything about interest on our bills and I'm sure it would have been out there if there was.

Haha thank you.

BTW I just had a great idea I will expand this thread to include interesting facts that people want to share. It can be anything random that people may not know.

I'll start I guess:

If you yelled for 8 years, 7 months and 6 days, you would have produced enough sound energy to heat one cup of coffee.

The strongest muscle in the body is the tongue.

Every time you lick a stamp, you're consuming 1/10 of a calorie.

This one's pretty well known:
The average chocolate bar has 8 insect legs in it.

Right handed people live nine years longer (average) than left handed people do.

A snail can sleep for three years.

Leonardo Da Vinci invented scissors.

Banging your head against a wall uses up 150 calories per hour. (Anyone care to demonstrate? )

You can't kill yourself by holding your breath.

But if you were to actually do this, the cup of coffee would stay at room temperature. (Yes, that's my fact XD)

0.999 = 1

0.333 = 1/3

3*(0.333) = 3(1/3)

0.999 = 3/3

0.999 = 1

It pretty much gets rounded to 1 because the difference between 0.999 (repeated) and 1 is infinitely small.

No, it actually equals 1. See proof above.
