What do you do in between classes?
If you have a 10 minute, 1, 2, 3, or 4 hour break, what do you do?

If I have only a 10 minute break - that's usually when i grab FOOD!! Snacks and something to drink. If it's an hour or more it really depends. It depends on the time of year. If it's early in the term - I do nothing. Go back to my room, or to the library and do some internet surfing. And if it's later in the term, that's when I kick it up a notch and start reviewing my notes. I always try to do that at the beginning of the year as well....but i'll be honest, that NEVER happens. hahaha

Well it really depends on that day I guess. I usually use the time to eat since my breaks are usually around lunch time. Studying, reading, talking with friends or sometimes go back to my rez and take a nap if I've had a late night and had to wake up for an early class.

Oh Yes!!! Nap...i forgot that one. Definately though. A nice two hour nap really does the trick sometimes.

i always went back to my res to sleep..this was especially convenient when i had a 4 hour 8:30 class on monday mornings (i am NOT a morning person at all). just make sure you set alarms to wake yourself up for your next class lol i can't even count the number of times i have slept through my afternoon class because i was taking a nap. also the student center has couches on the second floor which are good for hanging out with people.

Last year, when I was in res...
10 minutes...grab food//get to class if they're far apart
1 hour...either work on an assignment/prelab or find a nice cozy spot to read a magazine (I love the fake "window seats" between the lockers in BSB)
2+ hours...head back to res for some quality facebooking/movie watching/nap time. Or last minute cramming, depending on the time of year.

But this year, it won't be quite so convenient to grab a nap between classes, so I'll be using breaks of an hour or more to review notes/prep for classes/work. I sure will miss nap time though...they became an integral part of my day .

Like has been said elsewhere, it depends on the length of the break.

But...most of the time now it's working part time, doing readings, or spending quality time with my other half.

I waste my time on the internet. Something Awful, Cracked, digg, or any one of the other site I follow in Google Reader. Quality time

If it's 2 hours or more I go home (my house is a 10ish minute walk from campus) and depending on my mood I might be productive or I may just do nothing for the entirety of my break.

GO TO THE GYM! fit in a good 40 minutes of working out and shower for an hour timeslot, obviously if its longer go to the gym for a longer workout, and still have time to grab a bite and head to class.
