Are you taking it from Hamilton? If so, where in Hamilton?
You'll need to take a bus down to the Hamilton Go Centre and take the Hamilton QEW bus down to Union station in Toronto.
Here's the schedule: http://www.gotransit.com/publicroot/...tser.aspx?New=

I could've sworn that the bus from Mac to Aldershot/Burlington doesn't operate during the summer :S

Can't you just take the express (16) to Union Station from Hamilton Go Station? Try calling hamilton go station? or ask at compass.

The 403 bus to/fro Union works great, and runs pretty much every 20 minutes. There's a stop at Dundurn/King if you don't want to trek all the way downtown. Also, if you're coming from Union, it can drop you off at Paisley/Main-ish if you don't want to end up downtown.
